As you all know, this is an all-volunteer, non-profit effort which requires us to make a considerable financial commitment in advance to the hall. That being the case, all monies received go to expenses directly related to the reunion itself, therefore we are unable to issue a cash refund if you decide you are not going to attend.

What we can do is to help put you in touch with any last minute alumni that wish to purchase tickets, so you can sell your reservation(s) directly to them. If that were to happen, then all we would need to know is the name of the person who is taking your place.
