Ticket limit...

You wouldn't believe how difficult it is to get in touch with friends and classmates from 35 years ago. Because there was no 30th reunion, the relatively few addresses that we did have on file were at least 10 years old, and of course, a lot of people move in that much time.

So the question was -- how many people could we count on to attend this year's celebration? The more we estimated, the more the facility would cost, and since they required a deposit based on the projected size, we had to be realistic.

The folks at Overlea Hall had a great package for a room with a maximum size of 200 attendees, so we felt that with a good effort, we could reach that many people, but beyond that we weren't so sure. By committing to that size room, State of MD fire marshall regulations now obligate us to stay within those limitations.

With a full course buffet, an open bar, and a live band, it is looking as though we will almost certainly sell out this event. The response from the start has been very enthusiastic to say the least, so if you are interested in being part of the festivities, please do not delay!
